Leadership training and reproduction is the core of our program.

In a country where poverty, in the complete meaning of the word, exists, there is always an absence of godly leadership. Leadership training, an understanding of what godly leadership is, and leadership reproduction are imperative to bring an end to the cycle of poverty. A Leader needs to be taught, mentored, and given opportunities to grow their leadership skills. The purpose of our training process is to produce godly leaders of character and integrity, with a foundation in God’s Word; leaders who will stand for what is right in the midst of those who are corrupt.

Our goal is to bring about change in the country of Haiti through the equipping of the next generation, the youth.

If there is ever to be a change in the country of Haiti, it has to come from inside. The youth of Haiti can be that change; they can break the cycle of poverty. However, without the proper tools they will repeat this cycle because they have no hope of anything else and no tools to bring about change. Our purpose is to impart into them a hope for the future and give them the tools to manage that hope so they are equipped to make a difference in world.

Our youth are valued and appreciated, they are the next generation of leaders who will bring hope to those around them; live a life of integrity; and give back to the community. They will invest in others; and will put God first in everything because their heart is to honor God.

RAISING UP THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS
For the past 2 years several youth have traveled to the US and have been placed in families to be ministered to, mentored, loved on and encouraged. These youth have gone back to affect change into their environment. These youth are now moving into our Leadership Academy where they will be taught “What is godly leadership”, “How to minister to others” and “How to establish your purpose”. Coming Dates for Leadership Academy Core Leadership Training: Dec. 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2010 Initial training of our core group of leaders who will return to Haiti and mentor a group of students to prepare them for Summer 2011 for “Unlocking your Purpose”.
